Our Founder & Executive Director

After 25 years working with successful individuals and families, I have come to believe that transformation is not the result of a single expert or intervention. It is the result of expertly integrating the right people, environment, accountability, and care around a human being at the moment they are ready for change.

My work is grounded in nearly three decades as a licensed addiction counselor, working closely with high-functioning individuals under sustained stress. That experience provided early, real-world insight into how brain function, behavior, physiology, and long-term outcomes intersect — and why lasting change requires both biological rigor and behavioral realism.

Along the way I have formalized this experiential foundation through advanced education and evidence-based medical training, becoming a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and completing graduate-level biomedical sciences certificates through Harvard Medical School, with focused study in biochemistry, physiology, and immunology. Today, I lead and integrate multidisciplinary teams — ensuring that mental, brain health and longevity programs are clinically grounded, behaviorally realistic, and designed to support prevention, adherence, and long-term sustainability.

It addresses the mind, body, and spirit. The program gives you tools and hope to face the future. You can go out into the real world again as a stronger and better person.
