Heidi Kunzli, MS, DipACLM, LADC
Our Founder & Executive Director

Our Founder’s Statement
My work is grounded in nearly three decades as a licensed substance abuse and addiction counselor, working closely with high-functioning individuals under sustained stress. That experience provided early, real-world insight into how brain function, behavior, physiology, and long-term outcomes intersect — and why lasting change requires both biological rigor and behavioral realism.
I later formalized this experiential foundation through evidence-based medical training, becoming a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and completing graduate-level biomedical sciences coursework through Harvard Medical School, with focused study in biochemistry, physiology, and immunology. Today, I lead and integrate multidisciplinary teams — ensuring that mental, brain health and longevity programs are clinically grounded, behaviorally realistic, and designed to support prevention, adherence, and long-term sustainability.
Our Founder’s Bio
Heidi Kunzli, MS, DipACLM, LADC
Founder & Executive Director, Privé-Swiss
Heidi Kunzli is the Founder and Executive Director of Privé-Swiss, an internationally recognized, ultra-luxury wellness organization with a 25-year heritage in discreet, individualized care for high-functioning individuals. Privé-Swiss encompasses private mental health and psychological wellbeing programs, advanced brain health and optimal longevity initiatives, and bioregenerative medical aesthetics and wellness services.
For nearly 30 years, Heidi has worked as a licensed substance abuse and addiction counselor, specializing in long-term recovery, behavioral sustainability, stress physiology, and relapse prevention among executives, professionals, creatives, and other high-performing individuals. This work provided extensive longitudinal exposure to how chronic stress, trauma, maladaptive coping, sleep disruption, and metabolic health influence brain function and long-term outcomes — insights that continue to shape the clinical philosophy of Privé-Swiss programs.
To complement this clinical experience with formal biomedical rigor, Heidi pursued advanced training in evidence-based prevention and lifestyle medicine, earning Diplomate status with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She subsequently completed graduate-level biomedical sciences coursework through Harvard Medical School, with focused study in biochemistry, physiology, and immunology, to deepen her mechanistic understanding of neuroinflammation, cardiometabolic risk, cognitive decline, and longevity biology.
Today, Heidi serves as a systems-level clinical strategist and program director, leading multidisciplinary teams that include physicians, neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and performance specialists. She is known for her ability to integrate medical science with behavioral realism — ensuring that programs are not only biologically sound, but feasible, sustainable, and aligned with real-world human behavior.
Heidi’s leadership philosophy emphasizes disciplined lifestyle intervention, preventive medicine, precision assessment, and advanced monitoring — always within clear clinical boundaries and in collaboration with licensed medical providers. Her work is informed by over three decades of personal recovery, a factor that further reinforces her commitment to long-term change, personal accountability, and outcomes that endure beyond the retreat setting.
