Jessica Wilen, Ph.D., LCSW, PCC is an executive and leadership coach who specializes in helping high-achieving individuals — across career stages and industries — create deep and sustained personal and professional growth. She founded a boutique coaching and organizational consulting practice and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Yale Child Study Center.

As a former psychotherapist, Jessica combines a sophisticated understanding of human behavior and motivation with practical leadership experience as a higher education administrator and organizational development consultant. In her coaching work, she balances rigorous evidence-based strategies with genuine warmth and authenticity to provide services that are both insight-oriented and results-driven.

Before pivoting to coaching full time, Jessica spent almost 15 years in higher education and academic medicine. She served as a ladder-track professor at the Yale Child Study Center and the Director of Professional Standards for the Yale School of Medicine, as well as the Assistant Dean of Students at Washington University in St. Louis.

Jessica earned a BA and MSW from Washington University in St. Louis and a Ph.D. from Bryn Mawr College. She holds specialized postgraduate certificates in executive coaching, mediation/conflict resolution, cognitive behavioral therapy, and the treatment of complex trauma.
