Beth is the Primary Health & Wellness Coach for the Privé-Swiss Brain Health & Optimal Longevity Program. She specializes in the scientific prevention and reversal of cognitive decline for high-functioning executive and perennial populations. Her practice is built on a foundation of scientific rigor and precision-focused, individualized care.
She is a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Coach trained in the comprehensive Bredesen Protocol (Functional Medicine Coaching Academy & Apollo Health), a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach (ACLM) dedicated to optimizing neuro-metabolic function, and a Culinary Medicine Coach (Harvard Medical School & Institute of Lifestyle Medicine).
Beth works with Privé-Swiss clients to ensure optimum outcomes while in the program and continuing forward as they re-enter their busy lives. She enjoys coaching and supporting families and others integral to each client’s ongoing wellness journey.
Beth holds a BS in Journalism from Boston University, a Masters (MA) in Health (with a nutrition focus) Education and a Doctorate (EdD) in Technology and New Media both from Columbia University. She also originated, designed, and developed Alt-HealthWatch, the first and largest full-text database on integrative medicine (acquired by Ebsco) — an experience that has deeply informed her practice.
