Colleen Jackson, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist. She is also board certified in clinical neuropsychology. Dr. Jackson received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Connecticut. She completed her internship in clinical neuropsychology and dementia clinical research at Rhode Island Hospital through the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, followed by research postdoctoral fellowships in the National Center for PTSD and the Translational Research Center for TBI and Stress Disorders at the VA Boston Healthcare System. Dr. Jackson has years of clinical, administrative, and leadership experience in academic medical centers, VA hospitals, and private practice. She has published peer-reviewed research and book chapters throughout her career.

Dr. Jackson specializes in conducting neuropsychological assessments with adults presenting with a wide range of cognitive concerns related to neurologic, medical, and psychiatric etiologies. Her approach to clinical care is individualized and focused on the client’s cognitive and psychological needs and personal goals.

I have worked with adults and adolescents for nearly 30 years. I trained in the Department of Psychology at Yale and at the Yale Psychiatric Institute. I am an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Yale Department of Psychiatry, and received a Distinguished Faculty Award in 2015 for my supervisory work.
