Dana Brown is the Operations Director of Privé Swiss Fitness and creator of our Signature Method – BarefootBands(tm). With over two decades of professional experience as a highly sought-after personal trainer, pilates and group exercise instructor, Dana is a pioneer in the fitness industry and has transformed the bodies and lives of countless devotees, including A-list celebrities and professional athletes. Her extensive background in anatomy, biomechanics and and alignment led to the creation of the BarefootBands(tm) concept – A highly effective combination of cardio, mind-body strength, balance and core work that is safe and results driven.
Dana is dedicated to helping people achieve true health through the maintenance of their bodies by promoting improved body awareness, a greater ease of movement and general quality of life regardless of age or fitness level. She is sought out to speak at community Health and Wellness events and creates programs for sports teams including training World Qualifying Championship Irish Step dancers and State League football, lacrosse and soccer teams. She has written articles for local publications and online blogs. Dana has also been a contributing writer for national magazine publications including More Magazine. She is an invited Fitness Expert on local network television programs.
